Solorzano Suprime Cosmo
Ingredients:
2 oz solorzano blanco
3/4 Triple Sec
Splash of cranberry juice
Squeeze of lime
Lime wheel for garnish
Tools:
Pint glass

Shaker

Method:
Combine all ingredients into a pint glass filled with ice. Shake well and strain into a martini glass. Garnish with a lime wheel.

6-8 Raspberries
6-8 Blueberries
4 Blackberries
2 Bar spoons of sugar
40ml Solorzano Silver
15ml Crème de Framboise (you can substitute Chambord or Crème de Cassis)
Mint leaves for garnish

6-8 oz Martini glass or Champagne flute
Muddle berries, lime, and sugar. Combine muddled mixture with all other ingredients and shake well. Strain and serve in a martini glass or champagne flute. Garnish with mint sprig.

1 1/2 oz Solorzano Blanco
1/2 oz Triple Sec
Orange Juice
Juice of 1/2 lime
Sweet & Sour Mix
Lime wheel as garnish

In a mixing tin full of ice, combine Solorzano Blanco, Orange liquor, orange juice, limejuice, and sweet and sour. Shake well, strain, and serve on the rocks. Garnish with lime wheel.

2 oz Solorzano Blanco
3/4 oz Triple Sec
2 oz (big splash) of pineapple juice
Orange wedge (for garnish)
Combine all ingredients into a pint glass filled with ice. Shake well and strain into a martini glass. Garnish with an orange wedge.
Prime Solorzano Margarita
2 oz. Solorzano Blanco Tequila
3/4 oz.Triple Sec
Juice of one small lime hand extracted (1 oz.)
2 oz. fresh lemon sour (2 parts fresh filtered lemon juice to 1 part simple syrup)
In an ice filled mixing glass add above ingredients; shake until well blended. Strain into an ice filled 14 oz. goblet. Garnish with a wedge of lime.
Watermelon Margarita
50ml fresh pressed watermelon juice
25ml Lime Juice
20ml Triple Sec
50ml Solorzano Reposado Tequila
10ml Gomme
In an ice filled mixing glass add above ingredients; shake until well blended. Strain into an ice filled 14 oz. goblet. Garnish with a spear of watermelon.

Combine all ingredients into an ice filled mixing tin. Shake and strain into a chilled glass. Garnish with a lime wedge

1 1/2 oz Patrón XO Café
Chilled Cola
In an ice filled 10 oz highball glass, squeeze half a lime and drop it into the glass. Add XO Café and chilled cola.

20ml Chambord
25ml LimeJuic
25ml oz Pineapple Juice
3 Fresh Raspberries
Shake all ingredients with ice. Strain and serve over ice. Garnish: pineapple spear with a fresh raspberry on top

Whipped cream

Fill up with Coke; add whipping cream. Garnish: cocktail cherry and chocolate syrup.

Add above to blender and blend as a very thick milk shake. Pour into chilled cocktail glasses and dust with freshly grated nutmeg.
